Refund and Cancellation Policy

At cocaccountshop, we offer virtual goods that are non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we do approve a refund in the following cases:

  1. Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your purchased product, you must contact us within 72 hours of the purchase date. If you fail to receive the product within 72 hours and wish to receive a refund, we will refund your money.
  2. Serious Damage or Error: Although we carefully check our products before selling, unforeseen situations may still occur. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify our support department and get approval within 72 hours of receiving the product. We reserve the right to rectify the issue within 72 hours of receiving the complaint. If we are unable to fix the problem within 72 hours, you may apply for a refund, and we will refund the full amount without any additional compensation.
  3. Product Not-as-Described: If you receive a product that is not as described, we will either exchange the product for a similar one or offer a full refund.
  4. Account Seizure: If the original owner reclaims the virtual product and it is no longer accessible to you, you may request a refund.

Please note that if you damage the product, it is your responsibility, and we do not accept any guarantee for damage.
